*TAX SEASON In-Person Appointments 
Appointment bookings will incur a pro-rated fee, that will be added to the cost of the tax preparation cost.  Hourly appointment fee is $200.00/hour and will be pro-rated on how long the appointment is…
Example: A 15 minute in person appointment will be $50.00 charge and will be added to your tax preparation invoice. 
A 30 minute appointment will incur an additional fee of $100.00 onto the final invoice.
NEW in 2024:  Appointments will only be scheduled Tuesdays and Saturdays 
Last DATE for appointments (Prior to the April 15, 2024 DEADLINE) is Saturday, March 23, 2024.  
The majority of tax questions can be answered through E-MAIL communications; and most clients appreciate a written response, that can be referred back to, especially when it comes to confusing tax law.  
**Drop-off/Pick Up:
We will need 100% of your tax supporting documents at the time of drop off. 
E-mail method: We need 100% of your tax supporting documents attached in 1 e-mail.  We will not accept multiple e-mail threads, for submission of tax supporting documents….SO PLEASE ENSURE that you have ALL of your documents before attempting your submission to us.

SCHEDULE C (LLC)/1065 (Partnership/1120-S (S-Corp) BUSINESS Clients: 

Do NOT send individual receipts. Categorize receipts, total each category, and provide us with the total amounts as an excel sheet or document.  If you are not a full time bookkeeping client, we are no longer able to take on the task of summarizing your business expenses.  
We are sorry, but all business expenses and write-offs will need to be documented in an excel spreadsheet, or some other similar document.
